Pastor Ken reported that Dawn was having another bad day. Let us join together to keep her
and Ken before the Lord in a concentrated effort over the next days. It is difficult to keep our
minds clear when we have an illness in the family.            Thank you and God Bless you!

Dave is Elaine and Curt Hall's (son-in-law). He was running in a marathon when serious health
problems developed and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Please pray for the Family.

Jack was admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, IL.  with atrial fibrillation. Please keep him in your prayers.

JACK DAMSTRA was admitted into the Cardiac Unit at Spectrum Butterworth hospital yesterday 5-14-09. He was having difficult breathing and the doctors have removed considerable fluid from the lungs.

Dawn is scheduled to be released from the hospital today and will come home with some strong IV treatments.  Please pray for strength to return and the medication to work as  intended.

Ed remains in the Poppen Hospice House in Muskegon.  He is receiving wonderful care and appreciated your cards and visits very much.  Please continue to remember him in your prayers.

Lisa is in Hackley Hospital's Rehab unit and is getting stronger each day.  She is hoping to be home by a week from today.  She also appreciates your cards, visits and your continued prayers.

I just received word from Noreen that Lisa fell today at the post office and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Muskegon where she had surgery for a broken hip.  This comes on top of moving Ed to hospice in Muskegon as well.  Please remember Lisa, Ed and the entire family in  your prayers as this makes a difficult situation even more difficult. They are in need of our prayers.

I just returned home from the doctor with Dawn.  She has had a serious relapse with her MS and will be off work for a few weeks as she sees a neurologist in Grand Rapids and has various tests done.  She is still weak and tires easily.  Please lift her up in your prayers!!  - Pastor Ken

Laura's had a pretty good day. She is still off the ventilator and is handling the breathing with the oxygen mask really well. Her feeding tube in her nose developed a kink in it and that had to be replaced which wasn't a whole lot of fun. She's not sleeping a whole lot and we think she's a little worried about falling asleep and not being able to catch her breath. So please pray that she will be able to get a good night's sleep.

Doris is the mother-in-law of Sandy D'Oyly and is terminal and receiving hospice care.  Doris is ready to meet the Lord and Sandy asks that we pray that God will give Doris a peaceful release from this world to her mansion prepared by God's own hand.

Bob & Betty Gilson

Bob and Betty are grandparents of Lee Jach. Bob has Hodgkin's disease and Betty is in the hospital for medicine adjustment for dementia and Altzheimer's disease. They are in Arizona and are formerly from the Silver Lake area.

LAURA DEMATT - UPDATE

•Laura DeMatt – 22 year old niece of Mark and Sue and Carole and Dirk – as of 8AM today - was being transferred by Ambulance from Spectrum in GR to Ann Arbor. 
Laura is critical and needs your prayers. Please lift her up in prayer as soon as you read this.

The DeMatt's 22 year old niece Laura is in Spectrum Hospital in GR in coma and on a vent with a life threatening form of pneumonia. Please lift her up in prayer immediately. I received this via email about 10 minutes ago. (Pastor Ken)
